Digital TV booms in Sub-Saharan Africa

Over a third of homes with televisions in Sub-Saharan Africa accessed digital signal by the end of 2012, a report has found. The publication, Digital TV Sub-Saharan Africa predicts that DTV penetration in the region will skyrocket to 95.5% by 2018.
